We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment or registration details, emergency-contact information, attendee information, and messages you send us. Payment information is processed by our payment provider; we do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on this website.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, approximate location, referring site, and interactions with our website.
How we use information
We use personal information to process registrations and purchases, communicate about AIM 2027 and IntenseMen, provide support, maintain site security, understand website performance, comply with legal obligations, and improve our programs and communications. Where required, we ask for your consent before using information for optional advertising or analytics purposes.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages during registration, we use your mobile phone number to send the messages you requested. Event messages and marketing messages have separate, optional checkboxes. Event messages may include ticket and payment confirmations, event reminders, schedule and logistics updates, lodging and merchandise order updates, and customer support. Marketing messages may include announcements about future events, early registration offers, merchandise promotions, and sponsorship opportunities.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing categories described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages (such as our SMS platform and Wireless carriers).
Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. To withdraw or change cookie consent, use Cookie settings. Security & retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including registration administration, recordkeeping, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
Children’s privacy
AIM 2027 welcomes boys age 9 and older with appropriate adult involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information without consent may contact us to request its deletion.
