Your practical guide to arrival, camping, food, competitions and the three-day AIM 2027 schedule at Jordan Ranch.
Before you arrive
Know where to go and when.
AIM 2027 begins Thursday, March 11 at Jordan Ranch. Gates open at 9:00 AM and registration is required to enter.
Campsite setup
At arrival, attendees will receive a map showing the campsites. Roads will be marked so groups can drive in and unload.
- Unload your camping equipment at your assigned area
- Vehicles should be removed from the camping area after unloading
- Keep your group organized around one campsite plan

What to bring.
The current event information asks attendees to bring their own camping equipment, personal supplies and anything needed for their group's meals.

Meals
Plan your food ahead of time.
Meals are expected to be available for purchase at a concession stand. Groups that cook at camp should bring their own food, utensils and supplies.
Concession option
Attendees can purchase available meals from the concession stand during the event.
Cook at camp
Groups may organize groceries together and bring the food and equipment needed to prepare their own meals.

Activities & competitions
Event registration and competition sign-up are separate.
Competition registration takes place at the stage area. For team events, one person should register the full team.

Families & youth
A few important details.
Youth attendance
Youth attendees must be at least 9 years old. Fathers and mentors are responsible for the boys in their group.
Family attendance
The current event information says families are welcome on Saturday only if championship games remain. The camping area and core event are male-only.
