AIM 2027 Camping Guide: What to Bring, Where to Camp & Food

Three practical questions answered before you arrive at Jordan Ranch: what to bring, how campsites work and what to know about food.

AIM 2027 is more than showing up for sessions and competitions. It is a three-day camping experience, which means a little preparation before you arrive can make the weekend easier for you, your son, your group and everyone sharing the campsite.

If you are planning to join IntenseMen at Jordan Ranch in Schulenburg, Texas, March 11–13, 2027, three practical questions come up again and again: What should I bring? Where do we camp? What about food?

This guide brings those three official AIM 2027 FAQ answers together in one place so you can prepare with confidence before arriving.

1. What equipment should I bring?

The official AIM 2027 FAQ keeps the preparation list simple: bring your camping equipment, personal supplies and everything required for your group's meals.

That means your preparation should be built around three categories:

  • Camping equipment for your stay at the event.
  • Personal supplies you will need throughout the weekend.
  • Meal supplies if your group plans to prepare food at camp.

The current FAQ also notes that a more detailed final preparation list can be linked once it is provided. Until then, these are the official categories participants should use when planning what to pack.

Prepare before you arrive so your group can focus on the experience once AIM 2027 begins.

2. Where do we camp?

You do not need to choose a campsite before arriving. According to the official FAQ, you will receive a map at arrival highlighting the campsites.

The roads will be marked so your group can drive in and unload its equipment. Once unloading is complete, you will be asked to remove your vehicle from the camping area.

In practical terms, your group should arrive ready to unload its camping setup and supplies before moving the vehicle. The campsite map and marked roads will guide you once you are on the property.

3. What about food?

You have two basic options during AIM 2027. Meals will be available for purchase at a concession stand. If your group prefers to cook at camp, you should bring your own food, utensils and the supplies needed to prepare your meals.

The official FAQ also encourages groups to organize groceries together. For churches, fathers and sons, or larger groups attending together, coordinating food ahead of time can help everyone arrive with a clear plan.

So before the event, decide whether your group will primarily purchase meals, prepare meals at camp, or use a combination of both. If you plan to cook, the responsibility for food, utensils and cooking supplies belongs to your group.

Prepare now. Arrive ready.
